Rosebud-Lott ISD announced earlier this week the promotion of Natalie Parcus from Assistant Superintendent to Associate Superintendent.

“Natalie’s leadership has helped shape the systems and structure that drive our success,” said Dr. James Rosebrock. “She consistently models what we believe at Rosebud-Lott ISD.”

The promotion includes a jump from overseeing only one division within the district, to handling multiple divisions with more strategic and executive focus. Parcus will have a broader district-wide authority to handle situations when they arise.

Parcus has been with Rosebud-Lott ISD for 31 years, serving first as an ELAR, Social Studies, Reading, and Math teacher for intermediate and middle school students, then as a principal at various campuses for ten years. She then moved into the district administration team, becoming an executive director for two years before being promoted to assistant superintendent for five years.

“Her ability to lead with clarity, integrity, and a deep belief in our students has positioned our district for continued excellence,” said Rosebrock. “As Associate Superintendent, she will continue building a culture of growth, accountability, and high expectations across all campuses.”
